Contract Length: Full Time Term-time only

Ribbons & Reeves are looking for a dedicated Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a inclusive and ambitious school immediately.

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant you will:

Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who have special educational needs
Support students with social emotional and behavioural development
Assist teachers in adapting lessons to meet individual learning requirements
Help create a safe supportive and engaging learning environment
Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff and parents

We are seeking a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant who:

Holds a minimum 2:1 degree in Psychology
Is passionate about supporting students with diverse needs
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Shows patience empathy and resilience in challenging situations
