Location: Brent London

Salary: 450-500 a week

Start Date: Immediate Start

Contract Length: Full Time Term-time only

Ribbons & Reeves are looking for a dedicated Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a inclusive and ambitious school immediately.

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant you will:

  • Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who have special educational needs
  • Support students with social emotional and behavioural development
  • Assist teachers in adapting lessons to meet individual learning requirements
  • Help create a safe supportive and engaging learning environment
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff and parents

We are seeking a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant who:

  • Holds a minimum 2:1 degree in Psychology
  • Is passionate about supporting students with diverse needs
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Shows patience empathy and resilience in challenging situations
