CBS - MKT - Global Markets/Client Service :

Our Markets team focuses on providing account teams with the support they need to help drive revenue growth. Our account-centric approach to serving clients starts with understanding their business and providing tools and enablers to provide consistency on how we identify and align our services and solutions to our clients most pressing issues. We deliver services through one or more of our four global service lines: Assurance Consulting Strategy and Transactions and Tax. Our Markets team comprises of Business Development and Brand Media & Communication (BMC).

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• The Director of Product will be responsible for driving the product vision strategy and execution across a portfolio of enterprise and SaaS platforms. This leader will work closely with business stakeholders engineering design and data teams to build scalable AI-enabled solutions that address real client needs while strengthening EYs technology foundation. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the roadmap for scalable SaaS and enterprise-grade products that align with EYs strategic priorities and deliver measurable business impact. Ensure deep understanding of client needs competitive landscape and market trends to shape differentiated high-value propositions. Translate complex AI technologies into intuitive user-centric functionalities that simplify workflows and elevate user experience. Build lead and mentor a team of product managers instilling a culture of innovation accountability and excellence in product thinking. Partner with engineering design and business teams to deliver high-quality reliable and usable products within defined timelines. Champion usability and functional simplicity ensuring products go beyond automation to create tangible business unlocks. Communicate priorities clearly align stakeholders across functions and ensure transparency on progress risks and dependencies. Key Requirements: Proven track record in designing and executing scalable SaaS products balancing user needs and market demands. Strong leadership experience managing and mentoring product teams in complex multi-stakeholder environments. Deep understanding of AI technologies and their practical application in product design and automation. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate technical complexity into business clarity. Demonstrated success in driving adoption usability and measurable business outcomes through thoughtful product design. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for action and ownership. 1218 years of total experience with at least 5 years in senior product leadership roles. • Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or a technical degree
• Master of Business Administration (optional)
