Have3-7years of experience inEUsupplierrelated regulations(and corresponding legislation)such as(a.o.)DORA OCIR ResolutionPrivacy Data IT Security RiskESG/SustainabilityEmployeeScreeningSupplier Screening and Business Partner DueDilligence Data Management.Otherrisk areas included areAnti Corruptionand Bribery (ABC)andFinancial Economic Crime
Alsothe translation ofabove topicsintocorresponding company policiesentrepriserisk management risk governance riskdashboarding &reporting issue management risk assessmentsprocess management risk & procurementdata analysisrisk & procurementdataanalyticsand data visualizationand preferably in an international organization
Have strong presentation(buildingand delivery)skillsfor the audience of NL senior stakeholderson behalf of MT Procurement NLand theability to build clear and concise insights for various stakeholders

Your responsibilities:
Coordinate oversight and dataanalysis on the areas of work as described in this vacancyfor Procurement NL
Lead and support implementation of the ING Procurement Policytowards NL business
The role willalsoberesponsibleformaintainingoversight ofsuppliersin scope of the INGglobalKnow Your Supplier process for Procurement NL and monitoring follow-up where applicable.
Drive improvementonidentifiedgaps
Performcontinuousgatekeepingata local NL country levelfor the described areas of work
Work closely together with the Data Analystallocatedto the local Procurement NL team
Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and monitor KPIs and metrics to support business performance and decisions
Translate business requirements into data dashboards andmaintainthem across
Partner with business stakeholders to define data requirements and provide analytical support
Identifydata qualityissueand collaborate with other global departments to solve them
Maintain documentation of data sourcesmethodologiesand assumptions
Maintainoversight inclose cooperation with the Data Analyst for Procurement NLof related tasks and risksincluding:Control TestingiRiskadministration User Access Management Record Retention deletion End User ComputingBuyrightUser Group ESG Procurement Pipeline andcorrespondingKPIs.Working closely with theProcurementNLFron Office -Risk& Compliance officer
Act as the Procurement Netherlands Single Point of Contact (SPOC)to NL stakeholdersfor theregulatory and risk areas of work as described in this vacancy includinga.o.Privacy Office ROPA CDO/RecordRetention Data Insights User Group Regulatory Program SPOC (e.g. DORA ITRS) and GroupProcurement.
