Were looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team in Bundaberg and be the first point of contact for customers engaging with Auswide Bank via phone and digital this role youll deliver efficient high-quality service identify customer needs and provide solutions that support both customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

To succeed in this role you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role
- Strong phone-based communication skills and active listening ability
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to adapt to different personality types
- The ability to multi-task prioritise work and manage time effectively
- Confidence in promoting products and identifying sales or referral opportunities
- A high level of accuracy professionalism and adherence to policies and procedures
