Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to the organization offering the opportunity to work with large complex accounts across industries such as construction and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in managing commercial insurance accounts a passion for delivering exceptional client service and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70000 - $90000 annually (commensurate with experience). Candidates with 8 years of experience may qualify for a Senior Account Manager role with compensation up to $110000.
- Additional Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and other perks.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid work model available after an initial 2-3 months in-office (3 days in-office 2 days remote).
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of large complex commercial accounts with premiums ranging from $500000 to $1 million.
- Handle all aspects of account servicing including renewals policy binding and issuance endorsements marketing and certificates.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Quote new and renewal business to ensure competitive and comprehensive coverage.
- Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage client accounts and documentation efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients carriers and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience managing large commercial accounts (preferably with premiums of $300000 or more).
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services particularly in the construction and manufacturing sectors.
- Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
