MEP Senior Project Manager (mfd) Data Centres

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning design and implementation of MEP systems to ensure they meet project specifications codes and standards
• Collaborate with architects engineers and construction teams to integrate MEP systems into the overall project design
• Analyse track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip
• Review construction proposals and related pricing/scopes manage project budgets and control costs within financial limits
• Support engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while design-build changes take place during construction
• Review correct and assess work-in-place to approve capital expenditure spends
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders including clients contractors and team members to ensure a clear understanding of MEP requirements and project timelines
• Run and lead client and other required meetings
• Identify factors that influence construction costs and monitor and report on this data.
• Review requests for payment
• Track and ensure equipment meets the project schedule.
• Record occurrence that might result in a claim - acting on the clients behalf
• Review and approve final invoices payment applications retention payments

Qualifications :

• University degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Several years of experience as a MEP Project Manager for major construction projects; experiences in Data Centre Construction projects preferred
• Advanced skills with spreadsheets report writing and presentations
• Strong and professional communication skills with great organization skills ability to multi-task
• Must have a team attitude be self-motivated and be willing to support other groups and projects when required
• Entrepreneurial thinking creativity and dynamism.
• Fluent English language skills as well as min. B2 German language level required
• Availability for on-site work

Additional Information :

The minimum collective agreement salary (as per Austrian Collective Agreement) for this position 63000 gross per year. However we would like to explicitly point out that overpayment is planned in accordance with your expertise and professional experience.
