Responsibilities:

Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning chemical balancing and equipment checks.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Document service visits and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Educate customers on proper pool care and maintenance practices.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to complete service tasks.
Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
Experience in pool maintenance or repair is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Basic knowledge of pool chemistry and equipment operation.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Founded in 1992 Poolwerx is one of the worlds largest pool supply service and repair providers. Our United States operations are headquartered in our 10000 square foot state-of-the-art training facility and support center in Dallas TX. We currently operate over 30 retail stores and over 190 service vans across eight states in the U.S.
