Job Summary
Join our dynamic Sales and Account Management team in San Diego as an intern focused on market analysis engagement strategies and outreach support. This internship offers hands-on experience in applying data-driven insights to real-world business challenges supporting our teams growth and client engagement efforts.
This is an entry-level 10-week full-time internship expected to begin in June and end in August.Work may be done remotely from any U.S. location.Pay is expected to be $23 per hour.At this time we are unable to provide housingnorrelocation assistance for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis:Use data analytics toidentifymarket trends customer segments and growth opportunities for the San Diego region.
Engagement Strategies:Support the development and execution of targeted outreach campaignsleveraginginsights tooptimizeclient engagement and retention.
Outreach Support:Assistthe team in preparing client communications presentations and reports. Help track and analyze outreach effectiveness using CRM and analytics platforms.
Collaboration:Work closely with Sales Account Management and Marketing teams to align strategies and deliver actionable recommendations.
Reporting:Summarize findings and present actionable insightstoteam leadership supporting data-driven decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 30completedcollege-level credit hours (preferably in Business Marketing Data Analytics or related field)
Candidate must be a US citizenresidein the U.S.be authorized towork in the U.S. and all work must be performed in the contract requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience with Excel PowerPoint and data visualization tools
Interest in business and sales
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
Experience with market research or data analysis projects
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to attend occasional meetings at San Diego CA office
