The Junior HR Manager will support the Human Resources department in managing daytoday HR operations employee relations and talent management initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with foundational HR experience who is eager to grow into a leadership position. The Junior HR Manager will assist in implementing HR policies ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Recruitment support: Coordinate requirements with hiring managers. Assist in sourcing screening and interviewing candidates.
- Onboarding: Ensure that all preemployment requirements are completed and onboarding is properly recorded in the HRIS.
- Employee relations: Address employee concerns support conflict resolution and promote engagement.
- Performance management: Implement appraisal systems and track employee performance.
- Training & development: Ensure employees receive appropriate training modules to improve their skills and performance.
- HR administration: Maintain employee records contracts and HR databases.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws company policies and workplace regulations.
- Payroll & benefits support: Assist in processing payroll and managing employee benefits.
- Policy implementation: Support the rollout of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications to be successful in the role:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field.
- 13 years of HR experience in a leadership role preferably in recruitment employee relations or HR operations.
- Knowledgeable with the Philippine labor laws HR best practices and HRIS systems.
- Strong communication organizational and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to build trust maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively across teams.
- Competence in MS Office and HR software tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
