The Role:
We are looking for a Paid Advertising Specialist with a strong focus on lead generation through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to support the franchise recruitment section of our business and local marketing for our investment businesses. The ideal candidate will have both B2B and B2C experience. B2B for driving leads and B2C for local marketing - both are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and optimise paid advertising strategies across Meta and Google Ads platforms
- Design campaigns specifically focused on generating high-quality franchise leads
- Design campaigns specifically focused on local marketing and sales growth for franchise outlets (for example local pizza stores)
- Continuously monitor analyse and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI and meet client growth targets
- Manage client ad spend budgets
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to produce engaging ad copy and visuals
- Prepare detailed performance reports and provide strategic recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated with the latest trends tools and best practices in digital advertising
What Youll Need:
- Proven experience in running successful Meta and Google lead generation & local sales growth campaigns with a strong emphasis on B2B lead generation & B2C local marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and adjust strategies accordingly
- A deep understanding of targeting retargeting and audience segmentation to drive conversions
- Demonstrable expertise in a variety of essential tools including GA4 Google Search Console Tag Manager Google Ads Google Analytics Meta Business/Ads Manager Canva
- Experience in developing and managing both B2B & B2C marketing strategies
- Strong English skills both written and spoken
- An eye for creativity to design or advise on high-performing creative
