Job Summary

AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day summer and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students as they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun safe environment.
As an AlphaBEST Group Leader youll help shape meaningful after school moments that help kids learn grow and thrive.
Were looking for an early learning professional who:
- Enjoys working with children in a structured high-energy environment
- Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
- Is flexible reliable and ready to jump in wherever needed
In this role you will:
- Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages STEAM Fitness Maker and Arts)
- Make child safety the top priority at all times
- Keep the space clean and organized
- Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
- Build strong relationships with teammates kids families and school staff
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- CPR and First Aid certification required within 30 days of employment
- Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds
- Age 18
- Some experience working with elementary-aged kids
- Education child development or related majors encouraged to apply!
