As a Prudential Advisors Summer Associate you will engage directly with advisors and leaders at one of our firm locations fostering a collaborative and dynamic environment. This role offers you the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:

Financial Markets and Instruments
Financial Analysis and Reporting
Data Analysis and Financial Modeling
Risk Management
Financial Technology
Client Relationship Management

This immersive experience is designed to expand your understanding and skills in the financial sector preparing you for a successful career in the industry.

Timeline:

Program Dates: Monday June 1st 2026 Friday August 7th 2026

What you can expect:

Participate in meetings and events with Prudential Advisors Field leaders and advisors; gain insight into how to drive market and revenue growth.
Be a part of business in action by supporting recruiting marketing and sales activities as appropriate.
You will receive significant exposure to members of Prudential Advisors senior leadership as well as targeted training all while gaining hands-on experience.
Placements will be directly within a Prudential Advisor firm based in NY/NJ Metro Area.
Hybrid work arrangements: ability to work part of the week in the office as well as remotely.

What youll need:

Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelors program graduating between December 2026 and May 2028
While all majors are welcome to apply preferred majors include business financial planning and related areas
Preferred 3.2 and above GPA

Note: The salary range for this role is $28.00-$30.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location candidate experience and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
