Job Summary

Teacher/Interim (Chemistry) (01/16/2026-03/23/2026)

The Interim Chemistry Teacher is responsible for teaching Chemistry -. The Teacher is also responsible for teaching TN State Standards and leading high school students toward the fulfillment of their potential for intellectual emotional psychological growth and Interim Teacher is responsible for all duties outlined in the Greeneville City Schools Teacher Job Description (see link below).This is a Temporary Full-Time Position and does Not Include benefits.

The starting rate for this position will be $225/Day. Contact Human Resources at 787-8000 (Option 1) with any questions.

Applicants must have a current valid educator license with appropriate endorsement. They must have strong written verbal presentation and interpersonal skills. Must have satisfactory background/fingerprint checks as required by the Tennessee State Department of Education and state law. Must meet health and physical requirements.
