Job Summary

As a Digital Design Associate you will be responsible for creating a wide range of digital assets including UI/UX designs infographics icons presentations whitepapers and reports. You will produce videos for internal events and leadership sessions explore AI platforms for innovative design and manage project timelines and deliverables. Your role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define project scopes conducting design research and developing storyboards and creative displays to communicate project approaches and outcomes. Your expertise in graphic design video production and brand evolution will help maintain visual consistency and elevate our corporate identity.

Job responsibilities

• Create digital design assets including UI/UX designs infographics icons PowerPoint presentations whitepapers and reports
• Produce videos for various teams within the organization for events post-event overviews and leadership interaction sessions
• Explore and utilize AI platforms and emerging technologies to create innovative design assets
• Manage design project timelines planning and deliverables
• Evolve various form factors to align with new brand styles and create cohesive corporate brand identities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements define project scopes and manage milestones
• Conduct design research to employ trending and fundamental design principles in typography composition and layout
• Develop storyboards and creative digital displays to communicate project approaches and final products to stakeholders

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

• Proven experience in video editing and graphic design
• Proficiency in video production for corporate communications and events
• Strong project management abilities with experience tracking timelines and deliverables
• Expertise in creating diverse digital design assets across multiple formats
• Advanced skills in stakeholder management and client communication
• Knowledge of design fundamentals including typography composition and layout
• Experience with brand evolution and maintaining visual consistency

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

• Experience with AI-powered design and content creation platforms
• Proficiency in UI/UX design principles
