Requirements

Fluent Italian and English (written & spoken)
Knowledge of sales strategies and sales pipeline management
Previous experience in customer service sales or outsourcing environments
Ability to drive a value-based selling approach with clients and channel partners in a fast-paced environment
Background or experience in marketing
Strong organizational skills self-discipline and motivation to work in a dynamic atmosphere
Solid knowledge of MS Office tools
Experience working with CRM systems or similar platforms is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Gross base salary: 3300 BGN
Target bonus: 1425 BGN
