Job Summary

Our Consumer Lending Team is looking for professionals to join us in our Metro Manila & Luzon offices as Sales Associates.
In this role you will support the Sales Team by handling pre-screening telemarketing pre-booking and loan documentation to ensure smooth and timely processing of accounts.

What the role will entail

Handle pre-screening and ensure fast and proper processing of sales applications

Conduct telemarketing send timely notices of approval and coordinate loan signings with clients

Support pre-booking by issuing bank guarantees and preparing accounts for annotation and endorsement

Prepare complete and accurate loan and mortgage documentation based on approved Credit Approval Memos

Ensure compliance and timeliness in all processing steps to support smooth loan bookings

Provide excellent service support to both clients and the sales team
What were looking for

Bachelors/College Degree in Business Commerce Economics Finance Marketing or related fields

At least 1 year of experience in a related role

Strong communication interpersonal and customer service skills

Highly trainable detail-oriented and self-motivated

Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision
