Our Strategy and Transformation Office team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in BGC in the role of Digital Systems Officer.

The role entails analyzing business needs developing system capabilities and coding for various projects including chatbots OCR workflows and mobile apps using Azure services. It involves overseeing project timelines and holding all stakeholders accountable while also handling production issues and queries.

What the role will entail:

• Analyze business requirements and converting it into written functional system capabilities and features and then writing computer code required to support business goals.
• Build systems including large language model chatbots OCR aided workflows and mobile apps using Microsoft Azure services.
• Hold all parties accountable to project timelines (from development to SIT to performing internal testing prior to UAT to UAT to documentation to deployment to production to post deployment curing of any issues) vendors users and other stakeholders. Resolves issues when necessary.
• As a collateral responsibility the position also investigates and resolves system Production issues and queries.

What were looking for:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Computer Engineering or any related course.
• At least 1 year relevant work experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Can start within 30 days
