Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Ortigas with the role of Collections Associate.

In this role you will play a key role in supporting our credit and collections efforts by driving productivity resolving customer concerns generating reports and contributing to team strategy execution. What the role will entail

Achieve collection productivity targets through negotiation persuasion and necessary follow-ups
Support co-collection associates in meeting team targets
Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer feedback
Assess team outputs against standards and assist with strategic execution
Provide timely and accurate MIS reports (daily monthly ad hoc)
Lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate with related units/departments

What were looking for

Graduate of any 4-year course; preferably in Accountancy Management or Banking and Finance
At least 1 year of experience in credit & collections and/or customer service
Proficient in MS Word and Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Willing to accept a 6-month fixed-term employment
Able to work independently and as part of a team
