About the Role
This is a performance-only door-to-door sales opportunity with a clear path from appointment setter to team lead to closer.
You will start as a D2D Appointment Setter earning $100 per qualified appointment plus bonuses when those appointments convert into closed deals. Top performers will move into leadership and closing roles where earnings increase significantly.
This role rewards people who produce quality appointments that turn into real revenue.

Phase 1: Appointment Setter
- Knock doors and set qualified confirmed appointments
- Earn $100 per qualified appointment
- Earn deal-close bonuses when your appointments convert

Phase 2: Team Lead Appointment Setter
- Continue setting appointments personally
- Train and manage appointment setters
- Earn override bonuses on deals closed from your teams appointments
