About the Role:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing and production equipment in an industrial environment. This hands-on role supports reliable operations by diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues performing preventive maintenance and contributing to continuous improvement efforts that keep equipment running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:

Maintain troubleshoot and repair manufacturing and production equipment.

Perform electrical diagnostics on motors sensors controls and panels.
-
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems including conveyors pumps pneumatics and hydraulics.
-
Execute preventive maintenance tasks to reduce unplanned downtime.
-
Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.
-
Support process improvements and reliability initiatives beyond reactive repairs.
-
Document completed maintenance activities and work performed.
-
Follow safety procedures and safe work practices at all times.
Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
-
Ability to work on industrial machinery controls and production equipment.

Experience diagnosing equipment issues independently and efficiently.

Self-directed approach with the ability to identify and resolve problems.
Desired Qualifications:

Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
-
Familiarity with CMMS systems for work order tracking.

Experience with industrial controls automation or PLC troubleshooting.

Interest in continuous improvement and equipment reliability.
