What Youll Do:

Uphold and Enhance Standards: Follow refine and implement all company and chiropractic policies and procedures with excellence.

Attract: Attend community events encourage referrals and foster local partnerships to build your caseload with clients eager to book their new client experience.

Engage: Connect Listen identify needs and wants align with client goals and use clinical expertise to analyse results. Help clients understand the value of chiropractic care through clear engaging communication setting the right expectations and creating personalised care plans to achieve long-term results.

Delight: Build lasting relationships by fostering trust delivering outstanding service connection and exceptional chiropractic care with long-term results. Guide clients to achieve and evolve their goals over time so they see chiropractic as a way to continue to do the things they love and make routine care part of their lifestyle.

Contribute Creatively: Collaborate and contribute to team efforts by creating and documenting content for the website and social media channels

Be a Team Player: Support teammates for holiday/cover contribute and make personal appearances at centre events outside clinical hours.
