Job Summary

Electrician Social Housing Compliance
Permanent Mobile Role 42000 to 52000

Valoris Group are recruiting on behalf of Signix Ltd a well-established electrical compliance contractor delivering safer homes across the UK. Signix work in partnership with local authorities housing associations and the Ministry of Defence providing electrical testing remedial works and upgrades across social housing portfolios.

This is a permanent opportunity for a qualified Electrician looking for stability strong earning potential and consistent work within a professional environment.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for carrying out EICRs fault-finding and remedial works across occupied social housing properties ensuring all work is completed in line with current regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical testing and inspection (EICRs)
Fault finding and diagnostics
Remedial works following inspections
Working to BS7671 and company procedures
Maintaining professionalism when working in tenant properties

Candidate Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
18th Edition
2391 or equivalent testing qualification
AM2
Social housing experience preferred
Full UK driving licence
Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check

Package

Salary: 42000 to 52000 per annum
Full-time permanent position
Monday to Friday working pattern
Optional weekend work available
Immediate start available
