About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide strategic high-level support to senior leadership. This role goes beyond traditional EA responsibilities and requires hands-on experience supporting real estate operations transactions or property-related executives.
The ideal candidate is proactive detail-oriented commercially astute and comfortable operating in a fast-paced high-accountability environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive executive support including calendar management inbox management meeting preparation and travel coordination

Act as a trusted right hand to the executive anticipating needs and managing priorities with discretion

Support real estate-related activities such as:
-
Coordinating property transactions leases or development projects
-
Liaising with brokers attorneys property managers and internal stakeholders
-
Managing documentation contracts and compliance timelines
-
Prepare reports presentations and briefing materials
-
Track deadlines action items and key deliverables across multiple projects
-
Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism
-
Streamline administrative processes and improve operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
-
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders
-
Direct experience in the real estate industry (commercial or residential) is required
-
Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
High level of discretion judgment and professionalism
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; familiarity with real estate tools or CRM systems is a plus
