INSOLVENCY PARTNER HONG KONG INTERNATIONAL LAW FIRM
Our client a pre-eminent full service international law firm is seeking a contentious insolvency partner to strengthen its disputes practice and deepen its capabilities across crossborder restructuring and insolvency litigation. The role suits an experienced partner with an established contentious practice covering insolvency disputes asset recovery fraud enforcement and related commercial litigation. Chinese language skills are helpful particularly for regional mandates but they are not essential.
A core part of this role is the opportunity to work closely with a highcalibre corporate team in developing and marketing a joinedup contentious and noncontentious restructuring offering. The firm is investing in a cohesive platform that supports clients across the full business cycle from advisory and transactional restructuring mandates through to major contentious matters.
