Back Office Leader (HCM)

Role Purpose & Success Outcomes

Purpose:
Own and lead the Back Office functioncovering HR people operations and administrative managementto ensure compliance efficiency talent growth and a healthy engaging workplace across all offices.

Success outcomes include:

  • Hiring needs across three locations are met with strong talent quality and controlled costs
  • HR policies payroll and labor compliance operate with zero critical breaches

  • Employee engagement and retention improve against agreed internal benchmarks

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across HCMC Hanoi and Da Nang from workforce planning to onboarding.
  • Optimize recruitment channels employer branding hiring processes and cost efficiency.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding to ensure consistent compliant employee transitions.
  • Design and maintain salary structures aligned with company strategy and market benchmarks.
  • Oversee payroll insurance benefits administration and employment contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage personnel-related costs effectively.
  • Design implement and maintain transparent performance evaluation systems.
  • Develop update and enforce HR policies procedures and internal labor regulations.
  • Handle employee relations conflict resolution and disciplinary cases professionally.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external learning programs.
  • Organize company events team-building activities and engagement initiatives across three offices.
  • Lead and develop HR / back-office team members to strengthen overall capability.
  • Oversee administrative operations facilities management vendors and office supplies.
  • Promote a positive transparent and engaging company culture.

Candidate Profile

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from a recognized university (required)

Professional Experience

  • Experience working in an IT company (required)

  • Minimum 2 years in an HR Leader / Back Office Leader role (required)

  • Demonstrated contributions to organizational development and people systems (required)

Language & Communication

  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above written and spoken (required)
