Purpose: Provide technical expertise to improve garment construction quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

Advise on sewing cutting pattern making and machine usage
-
Support internal teams with technical problem-solving
-
Establish fitting and workmanship standards
-
Communicate specifications clearly to internal teams
-
Develop training materials and support technician development
Candidate Profile
-
Certificate or higher in garment technology or related discipline
-
3 years experience with woven outerwear or activewear
-
Solid understanding of garment construction
-
English proficiency required; Chinese is a nice-to-have
