As part of our new shop opening in Milano we are looking for our future Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations define develop and implement its commercial human and financial strategy in alignment with the companys overall objectives.

Job description:

Business Development

Analyze store performance and implement action plans to achieve sales and KPI targets.
Collaborate with the Area Manager to maximize store results.

Team Management

Set individual objectives provide feedback and develop team capabilities.
Attract and lead a high-performing team ensuring accountability and celebrating successes.
Conduct daily and weekly briefings to align the team on goals and strategies.
Support onboarding and ensure staff are professional knowledgeable and brand-ready.

Customer service
