Engineer Intern 1 | $2115.20/biweekly |
Engineer Intern 2 | $2263.20/biweekly |
Engineer 3 | $2671.20/biweekly |
Engineer 4 | $2952.00/biweekly |
Engineer 5 | $3158.40/biweekly |
The maximum annual salary for the Engineer 5 is $126256.00. Please refer to the Job Specifications tab located at the top of the LA Careers Current Job Opportunities page of the Civil Service website for specific information on salary ranges minimum qualifications and job concepts for each level.
Career Progression: Engineer Intern Applicant Engineer Intern 1 Engineer Intern 2 Engineer 3 Engineer 4 and Engineer 5.
In order to qualify for Engineer Intern I incumbents must possess a current Louisiana Engineer Intern order to qualify for Engineer 3 incumbents must have a current Louisiana License to practice professional engineering plus four years of professional engineering order to qualify for Engineer 4 incumbents must have a current Louisiana license to practice professional engineering plus five years of professional engineering experience at least one year of which must have been at the Engineer 3 order to qualify for Engineer 5 incumbents must have a current Louisiana license to practice professional engineering plus six years professional engineering experience.
