Job Summary:
The IMA Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our medical and psychological health assessments. Our new Quality Assurance Assistant will work closely with our team to develop implement and maintain quality assurance standards and processes to uphold our commitment to the highest standards.
The starting salary for this position is $19 an hour with benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality assurance checks on medical and psychological exam reports to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies procedures and protocols.
- Assist in providing feedback to new providers on report structure.
- Document and report on quality assurance activities and findings.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent typing skills.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and experience in report processing
- Preferred: Two years of experience or education related to the medical and/or legal field

Our Clinical Research Division performs all types of Phase II-IV clinical trials in multiple therapeutic areas through a flexible nationwide network of site locations and virtual capabilities.
