Job Summary

Job Title: Quality Assurance Expertise &Federal Contract Compliance 10 years of exp)

Location: Horsham PA (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience supporting performance-based government contracts including development and execution of Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP) and Quality Control Plans (QCP).
Proven ability to monitor evaluate and document contractor performance against Performance Work Statements (PWS) deliverables and defined Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs).
Experience reviewing technical documentation invoices work plans and monthly status reports to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
Strong understanding of federal contract administration processes including coordination with Contracting Officers (CO) Contracting Officers Representatives (COR) and Project Management Offices (PMO).
Ability to assess contractor performance across key performance standards such as schedule adherence quality and cost control.
Experience conducting surveillance activities documenting discrepancies and facilitating corrective action discussions.
Experienc in performance documentation systems and contractor performance evaluation processes.
Demonstrated ability to manage performance feedback processes including annual and interim performance evaluations.
Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and contract compliance requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce detailed performance assessment documentation.
