UW Medicine Primary Care at Shoreline has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist 2.

WORK SCHEDULE

  • Part time 75% FTE (30 hours per week)
  • Monday 10:30-6:30
    Tuesday OFF
    Wednesday 10:00-5:00
    Thursday 11:30-6:30
    Friday 8:00-5:30
  • Day Shift

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Located on Highway 99 in Aurora Village Mall UW Medicine Primary Care at Shoreline offers primary care appointments six days a week including evenings and same-day appointments.

The clinics board-certified doctors are dedicated to providing personalized care throughout all stages of life and offer a complete spectrum of primary care services. These include family medicine with obstetrics internal medicine pediatrics behavioral health obstetrics gynecology travel medicine nutrition services optometry aesthetic medicine and sleep medicine.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing staff providers and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications including phone answering and call triaging
  • Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments
  • Obtaining patient demographic financial and clinical information
  • Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery
  • Other duties as requested


REQUIREMENTS

  • High school graduation or equivalent AND
  • One year of healthcare administrative or customer service experience OR
  • An equivalent combination of education/experience

$23.82 hourly
