Aquatics Lead & Keyholder

• Provide safe engaging and effective swim lessons to students of various ages and skill levels
  
  
• Follow established curriculum and adapt lessons to individual student needs
  
  
• Maintain a safe learning environment and enforce pool safety rules
  
  

• Serve as a keyholder responsible for opening and closing the facility
  
  
• Supervise swim instructors and front desk staff during assigned shifts
  
  
• Ensure staff follow policies procedures and safety standards
  
  

• Greet and assist families with scheduling registration payments and general inquiries
  
  
• Handle phone calls emails and in-person communication professionally
  
  
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and positively
  
  

• Monitor pool safety and respond to emergencies according to training
  
  
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the facility
  
  
• Communicate maintenance or operational issues to management
  
  

• Prior experience in swim instruction aquatics or recreation preferred
  
  
• Leadership or supervisory experience a plus
  
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
  
  
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  
  
• Reliable responsible and able to work independently
  
  

• Ability to stand for extended periods
  
  
• Ability to enter the pool and demonstrate swimming techniques
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
