What would you do
Delivery Management encompassing Requirement Gathering to Go-Live.
Develop and execute comprehensive project implementation plans in alignment with project goals and objectives.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
Ensure compliance to Business Outcomes envisaged from the Project.
Regular Cadence and Reporting with Sr. Management & project sponsors.
Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to ensure project goals are met.
Drive Adoption & customer Satisfaction
Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
Provide guidance mentorship and professional development opportunities for project team members in alignment with individual and organizational growth objectives.
Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction quality and performance.
Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity.
