Job Summary
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Proofreader to join our team at Notified. As a Proofreader you will be responsible for ensuring that all content released by the company is free of errors and meets the highest quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and proofread press releases media monitoring reports event materials and other communication content before publication.
- Check for grammar punctuation spelling and formatting errors.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in company messaging and branding.
- Work closely with the PR and IR teams to maintain a strong corporate narrative.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to make necessary corrections and revisions.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in proofreading or editing roles.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
Desired Experience:
- Experience working in a tech company or with PR/IR professionals.
- Familiarity with communications platforms and tools.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $50000 - $60000 per year.
