Job Description: Commercial Interior Construction Inc is a leading construction company in Kingsville MD specializing in commercial interior projects. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Proofreader to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Proofreader you will be responsible for reviewing and editing all written materials produced by our company including contracts proposals marketing materials and reports. Your keen eye for detail and strong knowledge of grammar spelling and punctuation will ensure that all documents are error-free and reflect the high standards of our company. Key Responsibilities: - Review and edit all written materials to ensure accuracy consistency and adherence to company standards - Correct spelling grammar and punctuation errors - Ensure that all documents are formatted correctly and follow brand guidelines - Collaborate with team members to ensure all materials are completed in a timely manner - Conduct research and fact-checking as needed - Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment - Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the quality of written materials - Stay up-to-date with industry terminology and trends to ensure accuracy and relevance in all written materials Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in English Communications or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a proofreader or editor - Excellent knowledge of grammar spelling and punctuation - Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Knowledge of construction terminology and experience in the industry is a plus If you have a passion for perfection and a strong eye for detail we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team at Commercial Interior Construction Inc.
