Job Summary
JK Findings is actively seeking a motivated and dependable candidate to join our team. The Custodial position is responsible for maintaining the facility in good physical condition with a clean neat organized safe and sanitary appearance.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Clean and Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Clean and sanitize breakrooms
- Clean dust and wipe down furniture
- General cleaning of floors using broom mop and/or vacuum cleaner
- Collect and take all trash to outside dumpster
- Process recyclables
- Monthly deep cleaning of floors by using a floor polisher/buffer
- Monitor and upkeep of exterior areas including trash removal in parking lot and grassy areas.

- Good problem skills
This is a part-time position with hours of M-F 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m
Some benefits if 20 hours per week is maintained.
