Compensation: $60000$100000 annually (base commission/bonus DOE & performance-based)

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally in the drive lane and by phone.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the service process from write-up through vehicle delivery.
- Accurately document customer concerns and prepare detailed repair orders.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer needswithout high-pressure tactics.
- Communicate effectively with technicians regarding vehicle diagnostics repair status and timelines.
- Provide clear explanations of recommended repairs costs and warranty coverage.
- Follow up with customers during and after service to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in line with company and manufacturer standards.
- Ensure all repair orders invoices and documentation are completed accurately and timely.
- Adhere to all company policies ethical sales practices and applicable laws and regulations.

- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
