DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
As the regions only Level I Trauma center Harborview Medical Center (HMC) is well known for innovations and excellence in trauma care and its centers of emphasis: Trauma Burn Neurosciences AIDS/STD Center for Advanced Reconstruction and Rehabilitation (CARER) and mentally-and medically- vulnerable populations.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
The Facilities CSS IT Systems Administrator reports to the CSS IT and AV Manager and works directly with Harborview departmental staff to support and enhance non-clinical IT systems used throughout Harborview Medical Center. This person is a system administrator for servers and client applications a training and support resource for end-users and business analyst/consulting resource for departmental managers. This individual is a member of a small team that supports a broad array of systems including building access control security video HVAC point of sale telephone systems parking and many others. Technical acumen problem solving skills flexibility in the face of changing priorities and impeccable customer service are the hallmarks of the successful candidate.
