Location:Crystal City VA

Employment Type:Full-Time

Shift:Monday Wednesday Thursday and Friday Day Shift (8 AM-4 PM) and Tuesday Swing Shift (4 PM-12 AM).

Job Summary

We are seeking aTechnical Supportto join our will play a key partin ATGssupport of anenterprise-level classified help deskcomprisedofsubject matter experts andtechnical personnelsupporting Government team will provide direct support topersonnel providing an adaptable customer service experience while ensuring KPIs and SLAs aremaintained.

This position will support a rotating shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customer-facing problems byutilizingtrouble tickets to track and monitor.

  • Responsible for assignedinteractions with customers through help desk ticketassessmentand resolution.

  • Responsible for leading assignedhelp desk resolutions in the form of phone calls and technical conversations adhering to SLAs andresolution requirements.

  • Respond to inquiriesregardingsoftware applications and then present solutions.

  • Analyze errors to isolate errors response times latency etc.

  • Responsible for engagement with product software development engineeringas needed to resolve issues documentsolutions and ensure product serviceability usability andsupportability and incorporate into our software development.

  • Supportbriefings to senior-level management responsible for providing direction to the program.

  • Supportincident management procedures and reporting.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical vendor and personnel issues with respect to timelines.

  • Ensure schedules areaccurateand complete prior to reporting andescalateissues toappropriate leadership.

Qualifications

Required:

  • SecurityClearance Level: Must hold an activeTop Secret SensitiveCompartmentalizedInformation(SCI)level clearance.

  • Five(5)Years of experience inHelp Deskenvironments.
  • The candidate will be required to participate in 12 weeks training upon hire. During this training candidate will be responsible for completing all required activities of training including participation in a bootcamp and lab. Upon completion of training participant will be required to complete and pass an exam for certification.

Desired:

  • Experience supporting COOP Sites and testing COOP requirements including switch-over and data backups

  • DoD 8140 certification(s)

  • Four-Year or higher degree in a computer- or information sciencerelated field.

  • Experience in DoD or a government IT support environment

Physical and Environmental Conditions

  • Work to beperformedout ofCrystal City VA supporting various missions across thearea of responsibility.

  • Must be able to sit forlong periodsof time in an office setting

  • Must be able to travel as needed to Colorado City CO
