This isnt a backofhouse role its a frontandcenter leadership position that blends operational mastery with a sharp eye for safety a cool head under pressure and a passion for delivering whatever guests need whenever they need it.

Youll be the one who keeps everything moving from guest arrivals to lastminute challenges from security protocols to empowering Talent across Front Office Housekeeping F&B and more.

The Role Elevated For Duty Manager & Security Excellence

Own the Daily Beat (DUTY MANAGER FOCUS)

  • Be the goto leader who ensures the hotel runs smoothly across all departments.
  • Jump into operations wherever needed clearing bottlenecks reshaping flow and supporting Talent with handson guidance.
  • Be present on the floors: lobby F&B corridors Whatever/Whenever guest floors you run the show.
  • Resolve guest challenges with speed empathy and the signature W attitude.
  • Coordinate with FO HSK and F&B leaders to keep the vibe high and the service tight.
  • Stand in as the key decision-maker during your shift keeping the experience on point at all times.

Protect the Playground (LOSS PREVENTION FOCUS)

  • Patrol the hotel to keep guests Talent and spaces safe stylish and fully functional.
  • Lead investigations manage incidents and complete flawless documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with W brand standards and local regulations ( Law 81/08).
  • Train Talent on safety culture and emergency readiness.
  • Build connections with local authorities and external partners.
  • Keep equipment systems and safety tools ready for anything.

  • Support VIP escorts special events and high-profile arrivals.

What You Bring

  • A solid hospitality experience in hotel or cruise ships operations with 5+ years in senior role.
  • Understanding of Italian safety regulations (. 81/08)
  • Bold leadership and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to stay cool stylish and sharp under pressure
  • Clear communication and polished interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy enough to manage reports and systems with ease
