(Junior) Online Marketing Specialist

Typically Nordic! TF Bank is a fast-growing digital bank and a pan-European card and payment platform developing simple and flexible payment and financing solutions through a proprietary IT infrastructure with a high degree of automation. The Bank is seeking a (Junior) Marketing Specialist to join our this role you will support our marketing team in executing creative campaigns develop data-driven strategies shape targeted communication and help with SEO and content initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• You actively support the execution of diverse marketing campaigns and take ownership of our Refer a Friend program.

• You stay ahead of trends and collaborate with the team to turn insights into creative campaign ideas.

• You design and optimize onboarding strategies to drive conversions and analyze campaign performance.

• You shape clear communication goals and bring targeted marketing initiatives to life.

• You continuously improve and update our newsletter content to engage our audience.

• You take initiative by owning projects that advance the automation of our marketing processes.

• You support our SEO strategy and create impactful content such as blog posts and newsletters.

Qualifications and Experience

• You have a degree (or training) ideally with a focus on marketing communication digital media/ digital business or business administration

• You are business fluent in German and have a very good command of written and spoken English

• You have a hands-on mentality with the ability to manage projects end-to-end prioritize effectively and take ownership while adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment

• You have a strong talent for writing and a deep understanding of how to engage and communicate with customers

• You have the ability to interpret data track KPIs derive insights and translate them into effective marketing strategies
