Youre a creative and data-driven marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about digital communication. You bring hands-on experience in both B2C and B2B marketing know how to manage performance-driven campaigns and have a feel for what resonates with gaming communities. Youre excited to grow a brand that challenges the status quo in the app distribution world.
What are you going to do
As a Marketing Specialist youll help define and execute our marketing strategy across multiple channels working to grow brand awareness drive customer acquisition and engage our user and developer will:
Plan launch and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels (social email paid media content)
Manage paid acquisition and performance marketing efforts continuously testing and optimizing for results
Create compelling content for different audiences from blog posts and email newsletters to ad copy and community updates
Engage with gaming communities and contribute to communication efforts that build loyalty and trust
Collaborate across teams to support product launches community initiatives and developer outreach
Monitor analyze and report on marketing KPIs using data to refine and improve campaigns
What are we looking for
Must-haves:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communication or related field
23 years of experience in a marketing role ideally in tech or software (B2C and/or B2B)
Hands-on experience with paid media platforms and marketing automation tools
Strong writing and communication skills in English
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Creative thinker who stays ahead of trends and experiments with new ideas
Comfortable navigating online communities ideally with some exposure to gaming or developer ecosystems

About our Recruitment Process
Recruitment Steps:
We want our Recruitment process to be as agile and fast as possible. Therefore we always try to take less than a week between all of the four stages below less than 1 month.
Application 10min- This stage involves sharing your CV answering some culture related questions.
P&C Call 10min- Our People Team will be doing a short call with you.
Technical Interview 1hour- Youll be having a Technical Interview with our Hiring Manager(s).
Final Interview 30min- You will be having a 30min call with the Department Executive.
