What we are looking for :

At Hadrian our new Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be valued for their crucial role in teaming up with the regional Account Executive and booking Sales Introduction Meetings (SIMs). We are looking for an energetic and innovative SDR who will drive the BENELUX expansion with strong collaboration and support multi-channel campaigns. You will have the opportunity to own the process share novel strategies and learn alongside a passionate crew .

What you will do as a Sales Development Representative - BENELUX:

  • Generate a pipeline of new business via cold calls emails and LinkedIn outreaches.

  • Schedule qualified meetings following the BANT and SPICED frameworks.

  • Utilise Sales Navigator HubSpot and other sales tools to enhance prospecting efficiency and follow up on existing contacts.

  • Support marketing initiatives including account-based marketing strategies.

  • Follow up on marketing campaigns partner referrals and events while working closely with Account Executives for smooth handovers.

  • Bring an innovative action plan specifically tailored to the BENELUX territory.

You are fit for this job because you:

  • Are fluent in both Dutch (or Flemish) and English.

  • Have 1-3 years of experience in a similar SDR/BDR role within a B2B SaaS company ideally in the Cybersecurity industry.

  • Are comfortable with daily cold calling and outreach.

  • Possess strong qualification skills (BANT or similar).

  • Have experience with CRM tools like HubSpot.

  • Are able to manage multi-touch campaigns and execute outbound campaigns.

  • Demonstrate ambition and motivation to develop your career.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Specific experience selling IT SaaS or B2B technology with an existing address book.

  • Knowledge of additional languages such as French Portuguese or Swedish.

  • Previous experience in a scale-up or rapidly changing environment.
