Your role

As a Customer Service Advisor youll deliver excellent support to customers via phone chat and email.
Youll help with installations troubleshoot issues and keep customers happy and connected!

Your profile

Fluent in Swedish (C2)
Proficient in English
Call centre experience
Communicative & empathetic
Positive flexible & a true team player
Strong listener with a service-oriented mindset
Able to handle challenges calmly & professionally

Daily tasks

Block lost/stolen cards & secure customer data
Verify identities and answer inquiries
Handle claims & manage card activations or blocks
Ensure every customer feels supported and protected
