Main Responsibilities:
Lead the account requirements and strategic coordination during end-to-end supply chain processes (planning configuration B2B).
Design and implement account-specific supply strategies to optimize lead times efficiency cost targets and account satisfaction metrics.
Participate in bidding processes and negotiations with professional supply chain knowledge.
Proactively identify and mitigate supply/demand risks; develop and execute advanced supply solutions.
Oversee the design and execution of supply sub-plans (dispatch customs clearance delivery resource allocation etc.).
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing planning/config changes and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Ensure targets for project supply inventory efficiency and CIAG (Consistency of Inventory Accounts and Goods) are exceeded.
Mentor junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally to align supply chain goals with business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Economics or related fields.
5 years of proven experience in senior supply chain roles preferably within the ICT industry.
Deep expertise in Switzerlands ICT market dynamics and regulatory landscape.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage multicultural teams in fast-paced environments.
Fluency in English (mandatory); Chinese German or French (highly advantageous).
Eligibility to work in Switzerland.
