About the Role:
As a FUSE Club Manager you will be responsible for the overall performance of the club driving revenue managing a high-performing team and ensuring a superior member experience. You will focus on business strategy marketing and operations while fostering a positive and engaging club environment.

Key Responsibilities:Business Management:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a robust business plan to drive revenue and membership growth.

• Sales and Marketing: Oversee local marketing efforts implement sales strategies and monitor lead generation and conversion rates.

• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets payroll and cost control to meet profitability targets.

• Corporate Partnerships: Identify and secure local partnerships and corporate deals to enhance revenue streams.

Leadership and Team Management:

• Team Leadership: Recruit train and inspire a team aligned with FUSEs mission and values.

• Performance Management: Set clear expectations conduct regular reviews and drive accountability across the team.

• Culture Building: Foster a collaborative results-driven environment where team members thrive and members feel valued.

Operations and Member Experience:

• Member Engagement: Ensure all members receive outstanding service and feel part of a supportive community.

• Facility Management: Maintain the cleanliness safety and functionality of the club including equipment upgrades.

• Class Timetables: Curate and oversee a schedule of diverse and engaging classes.

• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the club meets all legal and safety standards.

Growth and Development:

• Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the member experience and streamline operations.

• Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets.

• Proven Leadership: Experience in a senior management role within the fitness hospitality or retail sectors.

• Sales and Marketing Expertise: A track record of driving sales growth and implementing successful marketing campaigns.

• Strong Business Acumen: Ability to manage budgets analyze financial reports and deliver on revenue targets.
