Green Fusion is a German startup based in Berlin that supports the housing industry in driving the energy transition by optimizing and automating heating and energy management in buildings.

Tasks
You will open the French market for Green Fusion and build our business in France from the ground up from positioning and pipeline to closing our first customer references.
- France market entry: Create and execute the go-to-market plan (market research target customers messaging sales process).
- Sales (hands-on): Identify and acquire new customers and manage the full sales cycle end-to-end (lead discovery proposal negotiation closing).
- Business Development: Build partnerships in France (e.g. contractors & installation services metering point operators industry associations adjacent PropTech companies) and develop scalable lead channels.
- Pipeline & Forecasting: Ensure CRM discipline forecasting KPI tracking and deal reviews. You always know where revenue comes from and whats next to unlock.
- Cross-functional: Work closely with the CEO and teams across Sales Customer Success Operations and Product.
- Market feedback: Systematically gather insights from the market (competition objections feature gaps) and feed them back into the organization.
Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience in Sales & Business Development (B2B) ideally with complex products (SaaS/Tech/Industrial/Energy).
- Startup mindset: You thrive in incomplete structures and prefer building processes rather than waiting for them.
- Ideally experience in PropTech/Real Estate/Energy (or adjacent industries) and a strong understanding of stakeholder landscapes.
- Languages: French native English C1 German B2/C1 is a plus.
- You work independently are well-structured and self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- High willingness to travel (frequent travel within France and occasional trips to Germany).
