Job Summary

We are building a suite of B2B loyalty and rewards products used by banks airlines global brands and enterprise partners. Our work sits at the intersection of loyalty payments APIs and data enabling partners to reward customers at scale through modern modular infrastructure.

As Product Manager you will work directly with the Head of Product and take ownership across multiple product initiatives. You will help shape build and scale platform capabilities that power partner onboarding integrations and high-volume reward flows from early discovery through production rollout.

This is a hands-on role with significant ownership real-world impact and close collaboration with external partners.

Tasks

What youll do:

Product ownership & delivery

  • Own and drive defined product areas across a broader product landscape.
  • Translate product strategy into clear requirements user stories and delivery plans.
  • Manage and prioritize backlogs in close collaboration with engineering.
  • Ensure features are delivered with a strong focus on usability scalability and operational reliability.

Partner- and use-case-driven development

  • Work closely with Customer Success and commercial teams to understand partner needs and onboarding challenges.
  • Participate in selected partner and client discussions especially for complex or strategic use cases.
  • Turn real operational feedback into concrete product improvements.

Platform APIs & integrations

  • Shape API-first product capabilities used by external systems and enterprise partners.
  • Improve onboarding and configuration flows for both technical and non-technical users.
  • Collaborate with engineering on architectural decisions trade-offs and extensibility.

Innovation & cross-functional work

  • Contribute to exploratory initiatives involving automation data processing and cloud-based workflows.
  • Help validate proofs of concept and translate them into scalable product features where relevant.
  • Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term platform evolution.

Collaboration & alignment

  • Work closely with design to build intuitive user experiences for complex B2B workflows.
  • Align continuously with the Head of Product on roadmap priorities and product vision.
  • Act as a clear pragmatic product voice across teams.

Requirements

Must-have

  • 4 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS platform fintech or marketplace environments.
  • Proven experience owning products end-to-end with engineering teams.
  • Strong ability to structure complex problems and turn them into actionable requirements.
  • Experience working with APIs integrations or technically complex systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership mindset and comfort working in ambiguity.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in loyalty payments or enterprise platforms.
  • Exposure to e-commerce large-scale partner integrations or high-volume transaction systems.
  • Familiarity with data-driven or automation-heavy products.
  • Experience collaborating with global partners or large technology providers.
