Job Summary
- Pay Rate: $25/hour
- Responsible for leading daily operations at a small (up to 2-person) site or shift
- Develop implement and review site procedures
- Invoice accounts and interact with customers/business units to maintain work environment
- Assist in daily facility management and escalate/report facility issues
- Help maintain profit levels and ensure customer expectations are met
- Act as site point person for customer issues and contract compliance (in absence of Site Manager)
- Dress Code: Business casual
- No driving required
- Virtual interview process
- Hands-on role assisting with hospitality/event setups including food and beverage arrangements
- Coordinate incoming requests with onsite staff
- Secondary office services tasks: printing copying scanning sending overnight packages and regular mail
- Prefer candidates with hospitality industry law firm or customer service experience
- Minimal physical demands (no extensive lifting standing or walking)
- No special equipment required except Ricoh copiers
- No free parking; parking not reimbursed; staff uses trolley for commuting
- Work hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
