We are seeking a TS MLL Site Service Owner to manage end-to-end IT services at our Raritan NJ manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities
Own and ensure IT service availability and onsite support at the MLL site
Partner with the client Technology Services and Global MLL teams using JIRA to open document and deliver onsite IT projects
Manage and approve IT changes through a controlled change management process securing maintenance windows and conducting onsite testing
Attend and support Command Center calls for Priority 12 incidents impacting the site
Coordinate local vendors manage site assets and ensure capacity planning for local services
Required Skills Qualifications
Proven experience with ITIL practices including incident problem change and SLA management
Strong vendor coordination and stakeholder liaison capabilities
Proficiency with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and monitoring ticketing systems
Expertise in incident escalation and disaster recovery planning
Experience with hybrid worksite IT models and endpoint management solutions
ITIL Foundation certification preferred
